Our fume hoods has been tested by SGS and got approval, it ensures the safety features of our products.

Cabinet:made of 8mm high quality white polypropylene(PP)sheet with excellent feature on chemical resistance.
Door: made of 15mm high quality white PP sheet.
Handle and Hinge: made of high quality one-time forming PP material.
The sash is 5mm thick, tough-end glass panel, sliding up & down by belt & special counter-balance safety
device , all edges of sash is aerodynamic.
The worktop is made up of solid 15mm PP worktop.
With storage cabinet.
Face velocity is 0.5 m3/sec. minimum, when sash is opened at safe height.
Designed and manufactured as per ASHRAE110-2016.
Having the following service : 1 flourescent light built into 1 separate space.
1 No. remotecold water valve and outlet.
1 No. remote gas valve and outlet with safety function.
4 No. 10 Amp, 220V elect universal or UK/EU socket.
1 No LCD monitor which controls power, light, etc, or specified intelligent controller showing face velocity
and alarming having unproper airflow in working chamber.
With a small centrifugation fan and flexible pipe.
Location: our polypropylene fume hood is suitable for harsh working environment with higher requirement
on chemical resistance, or clean room etc requiring fume cupboards without metal exposed.

Control panel:
1. LCD control panel which is capable of controlling ON/OFF of fume hood, lamp and fan. Shutdown time
can be set in advance.
2. French Digital controller showing face velocity,making alarm when encountering with unproper airflow
etc.
3. Top quality VAV system to protect safety of operators by keeping constant face velocity when the sash
is lifted up or down.
Remark:
1. Duct and a variety of fans are available if required by customers.
2. Floor standing/movable/acid storage/drug cabinet etc are available for your option.

Assembled before delivery. Clients only need to connect water&gas fitting/worktop/cup sink/electric wire as
