Safety Performance of ASHRAE110 Fume Hood
Test data shows Zero Leakage 0.00ppm tested at face velocity 0.5m/s, according
to ASHRAE110-2016 US standard.
OSHA report released in 1990 revealed a following fact:
The average lifetime of laboratory personnel is 10 years less than that of normal people!
The reason directly refers to: Leakage rate of the fume hood in the laboratory.
The real safety index of the fume hood is the leakage rate, not the face velocity!

Test report:
Advantage:
1. Designed and produced as per ASHRAE110 US standard. Special design of baffle, airfoil and
corner posts etc help form smooth airflow and minimize turbulence, ensure integrated safety and
efficiency.
2.Particularly designed exhaust canopy on the top of fume hood, made of special fire-resistant
material and helps exhaust noxious air effectively and completely.
3.With specially designed aluminum alloy handle along with shock absorption strip to extend lifetime
of sash and reduce noise.
4. It's equipped with 1 set of counter balance system upgraded from cable to belt transmission,
ensuring maximum sash safety and stability. Sash can be lifted up and down freely with force less
than 0.5KG.
5. Strong capability to customize fume hood to satisfy local requirements according to needs of
ustomers.
5. Both CAV and VAV system available as customers' needs.VAV is designed to reduce at least 30%
engery consumption. Auto-sash is available if it's required.

can be set in advance.
2. French Digital controller showing face velocity,making alarm when encountering with unproper airflow

3. Top quality VAV system to protect safety of operators by keeping constant face velocity when the sash
is lifted up or down.
Remark:
1. PP pallets/drawers also can be added in base cabinet connecting with main exhaust ventilation system.
2. Duct and a variety of fans are available if required by customers.
3. We offer dismantled fume hood with economical strong packing helping customer save transport&packing
cost.

Installation:
We can offer both assembled and dismantled fume hoods based on customers' needs. If cusotmers are
capable of assembling fume hood, we recomend dismantled model because it would help customers to save
much cost including sea freight and other cost. We can offer installation drawing/guidance/vedio/online help
as assistance.
