6. 5mm anti-explosive glass is applied to protect the operators when unexpected cases happen.

Exterior material:1.2mm cold rolled steel plate coated with AkzoNobel epoxy resin powder after welding,
polishing,  acid  cleaning, phosphating etc. It  includes 13 kinds  of  chemical  treatment processes. Coating
thickness can reach 80um for fume hood.

Lining material and guidance flow panel: 5mm compact solid panel/Ceramic liner which is chemical
resistant and temperature resistant. Corrosive  material  is used to connect inside lining panel  and  guidance
low panel.Fixed parts which can  be  dissembled  are  used to  connect  bottom of  guidance  flow  panel and
worktop.

Between steel exterior structure and lining material,all-steel frame and fixed parts are applied. The fixed parts
thickness  is  at  least  2mm.Steel  side  panel  can  be  dissembled, There  are two pcs of maintainance side
compact panel can be dissembled. The public  device can be maintained between the steel exterior structure
nd lining panel. 

Movable door: The lifting and  dropping  are  flexible  which  can stop at any position. Device isinst alled to
imit the top position.With 5mm anti-explosion glass with film inside.Sliding door and hinge coaxial pulley wheel 
system is used to ensure the smooth and exact balance, this  system can prevent  the tilting  of  movable door
and the lifetime can reach above 100,000 times. 

Light: Antisepsis day-light lamp fitted in gas insulated housing, not lower than 400lux.

Socket:Four sets of 220 volt/10 AMP multi-functional electric socket outlets with water proof cover.European
or Britsh socket is available for your selection for fume hood.

Worktop: 19mm  epoxy  resin  worktop  with  25mm  water  proof edge, 20mm ceramic worktop or lab grade
phenolic resin worktop for your selection.

Lab accessories: 
1. Yellow brass, epoxy resin coated water control valve and cock.
2. Yellow brass, epoxy coated gas control valve and cock. The  gas  valve  is  with  safety  function to avoid air
leakage, it will not be unintentionally turned on unless you press it.

Electrical box: with electrical leakage and overloading protection device for fume hood.

Control panel:
1. LCD control panel which is capable of controlling ON/OFF of fume hood, lamp and fan. Shutdown time
can be set in advance.
2. French  Digital  controller  showing face velocity,making alarm when encountering with unproper airflow
etc.
3. Top quality VAV system to protect safety of operators by keeping constant  face velocity when the sash
is lifted up or down.

Remark:
1. PP pallets/drawers also can be added in base cabinet connecting with main exhaust ventilation system.
2. Duct and a variety of fans are available if required by customers.
3. We offer dismantled fume hood with economical strong packing helping customer save transport&packing
cost.
4. Floor standing/movable/acid storage/Fire proof/drug cabinet etc are available for your option.

Installation:
We  can  offer  both  assembled  and dismantled fume hoods based on customers' needs. If  cusotmers  are 
capable of assembling fume hood, we recomend dismantled model because it would help customers to save
much cost including sea freight and other cost. We can offer installation  drawing/guidance/vedio/online help
as assistance.

Packing:
Carton for FCL(full container) goods, wooden case or thick honeycomb carton for LCL goods.
