The  perchloric  acid fume hood shall meet the following  requirements:

1. It can meet the chemical  experiment of  perchloric acid and  hydrofluoric  acid, and has corrosion
resistance.

2.  The  operating  inner  chamber  of  perchloric  acid  fume  hood  can  meet  the  requirements  of 
long-term continuous high  temperature test. The operating inner chamber temperature of perchloric 
acid fume hood is  less than 150 ºC,  and  the inner chamber material will not deform, soften, fall  off
and other phenomena when it is used  in high  temperature  environment of  150 ºC for a long  time, 
with high temperature resistance characteristics.

3. Appearance dimension of perchloric acid fume hood: 1800 * 1150 * 2350

4.Material of perchloric acid fume hood shell: no less  than 8mm  flame retardant PP material, color:
milky white. Flame retardant grade: UL94V-0, welded.

A) material of lining plate in the chamber of perchloric acid fume hood: the  back guide plate, top plate
and side plate are all made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) plate, color: white.The table top is made
of 10 mm  polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) plate, color: white.

5. Manufacturing  of the  inner chamber of perchloric acid fume hood:  there is no gap and dead angle
at the joint of the inner plate, and the inner chamber structure  reaches  the  state  of leakproof sealing
(excluding the exhaust duct).

6. Fume hood purification circulation system:

1) spray  circulating  purification  system,  circulating  pump  (flow 4.2c3/h,  lift  9m, power 260W),
corrosion resistance of circulating pump.

2) material  requirements  for  circulation pipeline,  water tank and  valve  of  spray system:PP material,
corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.

3) the circulating system is equipped with water quality pH value monitoring system, LCD digital display,
and whistle alarm. It is located at the control  panel of the fume hood for easy observation and operation.

4) the circulating system is equipped  with  water  tank  liquid  level  display, and  the visual observation
type can also be digital display type. (selection)

7. The diameter of air outlet is 315mm.

Control panel:
1. LCD control panel which is capable of controlling ON/OFF of fume hood, lamp and fan. Shutdown time
can be set in advance.
2. French  Digital  controller  showing face velocity,making alarm when encountering with unproper airflow
etc.
3. Top quality VAV system to protect safety of operators by keeping constant  face velocity when the sash
is lifted up or down.

2. Floor standing/movable/acid storage/drug cabinet etc are available for your option.
