Customized Perchloric Acid Fume Hood with Blower

In early of 2023, a batch of perchloric acid fume hood were finalized to be exported to a client in Armenia. 
Our recommendation for this model is based on chemical types and temperature provided by them.

 

 

 

Main Feature	1. Customized size: 1950x1100x2350mm(LxWxH) 2. PTFE liner and worktop withstand extremly high temperature in working chamber due to special experiments. 3. Spraying system is used to prevent possible burning caused by concentration of perchloric acid and serious pollution to air. 4. PH monitoring system offering reminder to user when alkali liquid is required to be added. 5. Offering FRP centrifugation fan with exact airflow and pressure intergrating information from clients and specific performance of our product.
Hazards of perchloric acid	For people doing experiments in laboratory, perchloric acid,hydrofluric acid or other strong chemicals are big aheadache because they are highly corrosive and dangerous. Meanwhile, there are risk of burning or explosion when concentration reaches certain level. If it's discharged into air, serious population would be caused.
Introduction of percholoric acid fume hood	Perchloric acid fume hood with an internal spraying system, which is specially used to deal with perchloric acid or hydrofluric acid effectively etc because these strong acids can be neutralized by NAOH, which is added into water in specially designed built-in spraying system. It can both minimize the population to environment and reduce harm for lab staffs.

capable of assembling fume hood, we recomend dismantled model because it would help customers to save
much cost including sea freight and other cost. We can offer installation  drawing/guidance/vedio/online help
